Bamboo will continue to grow and expand if sliced vertically. This was discovered since the original design for this piece was to be a "chain link," however, when sliced so to link rings, the next day the bamboo had expanded unlinking the chain. " But if at first you fail, try and try again"; the result, from the pieces, this clever necklace and earring set design.
